ThinkGram is an AI-powered chatbot that connects to your Instagram professional account via Facebook Login. It uses Google Gemini AI to provide conversational analytics, insights, and assistance related to your Instagram presence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use ThinkGram. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Facebook & Instagram Integration

To use ThinkGram, you must authenticate via Facebook Login and grant the following permissions:

• pages_show_list — to list Facebook Pages associated with your account.
• instagram_basic — to access basic profile information from your Instagram professional account.
• pages_read_engagement — to read engagement data for your connected Page.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Facebook Page and Instagram account you link to ThinkGram. ThinkGram is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ThinkGram for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
• Violate Meta's Platform Policy or Instagram's Community Guidelines while using the Service.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of ThinkGram's systems.
• Use the Service to send spam or generate misleading content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to ThinkGram are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

ThinkGram uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate responses. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content. ThinkGram does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI response.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ThinkGram is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkGram and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
